Spiritual

I am a daughter of my Heavenly Father who loves me and I love him. I have been born to fulfil a divine role on earth and have limitless potential and abilities to do so.
My spirituality is vital to my wellbeing and it flows through every aspect of my life. I arise energised, excited and grateful at 5.00am every weekday and 7.00am on the weekends, to reflect on my present blessings, give thanks for another day of living and loving and to ponder my Life Vision goals. During this time I meditate for at least 20 minutes which allows me to maintain my energy levels and vitality, to actively practice my spiritual regime, to deepen my relaxation frequency which provides clarity and peace for a new day.
By 5.30am every weekday morning and 7.30pm on Saturday I engage in varied physical fitness activities. Three mornings a week I run. Running provides me with thinking time and is part of my spiritual practice. During my morning routine, either at the gym, running or on the way to work, I listen to my Life Vision daily. I also listen to other enlightened individuals such as Anthony Robbins, John Kehoe and Debbie Ford on the way to work and home again. Listening to these people centres me and reminds me of my spiritual gifts.
Personal prayer with my Heavenly Father allows me to maintain and develop an even more meaningful and loving relationship with Him. I recognise that silence is an important part of this conversation in order to hear answers to my questions and inner desires. I consistently look for the good in every situation and keep my eyes, ears and heart in an awareness state to see blessings unfold. I know that what lies up ahead and whatever I envision for my life will evolve in the most natural way. I force nothing, least of all thoughts about the future. I sit quietly and pose simple questions, while being fully present in the moment called now, the sense of what is to unfold in my life is clear. I embrace whatever subtle insights and feelings that arise because deep within my heart there is both gratitude and grace that life itself is the greatest gift, and an opportunity to create beauty. Listening carefully for answers helps me discern important personal promptings and I feel safe and confident that I am doing my part to receive the insights I seek.
I live an abundant life and have a limitless well of energy, love and drive. I am constantly vibrating at a passionate level. Grace gives me divine energy and spiritual intelligence. Everyone that comes into my life is a spiritual agent of change in some way. I recognise there are coincidences that occur in my life and that this is part of divine intelligence working in action. I am co-creating my life with spiritual intelligence. Work has invested in my spirituality and well being by paying for me to under a transcendental meditation course in July 2012. The learnings I receive by doing this course are life changing. I practice TM everyday twice a day. It provides clarity, energy, health benefits, balance, relaxation and freedom.
I am born to love. I provide love and light to people I come in contact with. I wear a cheerful expression and help those in need because I enjoy doing it. People feel better about themselves when I am around. I tell people I love just how much I love, care and appreciate them. Forgiveness is vital to my personal relationships, including my relationship with myself. I express gratitude, acknowledge achievements and help people to blossom into their most beautiful selves. I attract people into my life who are on the same spiritual frequency as me and they provide energy, love and powerful insights. I am accepting of people, their views and opinions. I seek to understand their point of view with an open mind. My soul grows when I help, care for and love others. I feel at peace and my own burdens are lightened.
I am an honest, loyal and trustworthy person, first and foremost to myself. I am clear about my beliefs and trust myself to make my own life choices. I stand up for myself while also protecting myself so that I can let my light shine to all those I come in contact with. I have a life that reflects my true priorities and ensures that my spiritual backbone is in alignment. I live an authentic life by being true to myself, confronting issues that may arise in my life and outwardly show who I am and what I believe. I take responsibility for my actions. By living an authentic life I am able to best utilise my skills, love myself, have the energy to lift others and strengthen my relationships.
I believe in the Spirit of the Holy Ghost and I fearlessly follow inspired whisperings of the Spirit as those insights, whisperings and messages will dictate my authentic dreams and roadmap. I trust in my own intuitive abilities and make all important life decisions in harmony with these feelings. When I act on these impressions I am entitled to more light and knowledge. I feel content, happy and safe knowing that Heavenly Father is aware of my needs and that he trusts me with his light.
I adore myself and am my own biggest advocate. I accomplish everything I set my mind to do. I easily accomplish my Life Vision goals. I create incredible luck by entering competitions, being in the right place at the right time and amazing things automatically happen to me regularly. My life is both magical and miraculous. Miracles occur often in my life and the outcome of these miracles is better then I could ever imagine. By being present and seeking opportunities to make my own luck, I am able to reach my goals faster and with ease.
I follow my own bliss and practice self care. I actively engage in activities and passions which allow me to refuel. Journal writing provides a sense of peace and an outlet for expression. My journal entries are true reflections of my feelings and life’s journey. They will inspire and educate my children and their children. They show my zest for life, my humour and celebrate successes. I set clear boundaries with myself and others to ensure that my time and energy is cared for. By doing this, I am better equipped to share my gifts and talents with others. Seeking out my spiritual gifts allows me to develop and share them with others. I love feeling refuelled and energised when I tap into my spirituality.
Reading good books from inspired authors such as Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson, Debbie Ford, and Eckhard Tolle allows me to enjoy my own solitude and provides a sanctuary for personal retreat and renewal. Reading elevates my mind and spirit.
Spending time in nature is vital for my spirituality. I enjoy being outside, walking in the bush, being by rivers, by the sea and looking at exquisite landscapes. Being outside connects me to my Heavenly Father and allows me to see his awesomeness as the divine creator and feel comfort in knowing that he is looking after me. I engage in varied physical activities outside and inside on a regular basis. I undertake a Bikram Yoga challenge in August 2012 before I go to Surf Haven to reconnect with my body and to open into a moving state of meditation. Bikram yoga purifies my physical and mental state, thereby cleansing me and providing a clean spiritual vehicle.
The Sabbath Day allows me to regroup for the week ahead. I observe the Sabbath Day in reverence and take advantage of having a day to relax, focus on blessings, do activities which ignite my spirit and prepare for the week ahead. I pay a full tithe from July 2012. This is a spiritual act of obedience and blessings will flow from my diligence and faith.
Heavenly Father has blessed me with an eternal companion to share my life with. When we met it was clear we were foreordained to be together. Heavenly Father heard my prayers and manifesting. He provides a spiritual rock on which to lead our family. Our relationship with each other is spiritually grounded, eternal, loving and passionate. He cherishes me, shows me love daily and makes me laugh. The love my Aroha Nui and I share is deep, everlasting, constant, full of trust and respect. He is beautiful to me, and I am his sun, moon and stars. My husband and I have been sealed for eternity in our Heavenly Father’s temple and we are safe in the knowledge that our family is eternal.
Every night prior to going to sleep I give thanks for my day, I spend some time reflecting on my day, reading a good book, visualising and engaging the feelings of my ideal life and considering the stepping stones for the next day.

I am the son of a God who loves me and knows me from a previous time before this world was created. I speak with him constantly throughout the day. He coaches me and communicates through a whisper that I hear every time.
I am one of his choice sons that has come to this world because of a choice I made to follow his plan. He tells me I will always be watched out for, and he wants me to be happy and successful.
I know deep within my spirit that God loves me and that I will prevail and find joy by following His plan for my life. I have many friends and family members who I help greatly, and who count on me to be an example.
I have a purpose to fulfill on this earth. I receive inspiration everyday as to what that is and what I should be doing to fulfill it.
I have many spiritual gifts. I have the gift of loving others, the gift to see others pain and know exactly how to help; the gift of powerful and succinct discernment when I meet people that allows me to see into their souls and understand immediately their character; the gift of leadership in both spiritual and temporal matters; the gift of testimony and of knowing that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world; the gift of praying vocally and articulation; the gift of encouragement; the gift of listening; the gift of communication and connecting with groups of people.
I act on all promptings I receive wherever I may be and I am in tune with the Holy Ghost. I am able to recognize his voice in all circumstances, especially when I need him most.
I know there is a purpose to my life and I seek every day to find that reason from him so that I might deliver on the promises I gave to him before this earthly life. There are angels with me on a constant basis.
I prayerfully read the scriptures daily to glean understanding from them, and to help me fulfill my divinely appointed mission while here on the earth to be a faithful and devoted father and husband. This spiritual strength overflows into other areas of my life and gives strength to stay encouraged and optimistic.
I am an instrument in the hands of God to bring lost people back to him with my personality and intuitive gift to see into their souls. I am a deeply emotional person who has a deep understanding of spiritual nature and the ability to communicate back to my Heavenly Father when I have been given a task to accomplish.

I am healthy and well. I am blessed with great genes and a strong body. I look and feel great and am full of vitality. My body is a gift and I keep it strong by eating nutritious meals, exercising daily, and getting good quality sleep. I have a lean, tight body. My stomach is flat and more than 90% of me is lean muscle mass. By 16 August 2012, I reach and maintain a body weight of 76kg and I comfortably wear a size 32inch pants. I am at my best when I am healthy and well.
I exercise my body six days per week and I rest and recover on Sunday. Each day from Monday to Friday I wake up at 5am sharp! I read for 50 minutes during my ‘hour of power’ at home while Laurie exercises at the Gym. I leave for the Gym at 5:50am for a 6:00am start. Each day I complete a 45minute workout to burn fat and tone my body. I return home by 7:00am to prepare for the day ahead. My gym workout begins with 20 minutes of high intensity cardio either on the treadmill, bike or cross-trainer. My cardio workout is complete when I have; burned 300+ calories, traveled 3 Kilometers, or when 20 minutes has expired. I push myself to increase my pace at 5-minute intervals. My cardio workout burns fat, reduces my waist and increases my heart rate. The harder I work, the quicker I burn, and the better I feel after my workout. Following my cardio, I do mat work for 5 minutes to loosen my muscles, strengthen my back, and tighten my abs. I then spend 15-20 minutes using free weights to strengthen and tone my upper body. Each week I complete the equivalent of two full upper body workouts. I work my chest, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Several times a week I play basketball during my Gym time, which substitutes as a full hour of high intensity cardio. I play basketball for at least 90 minutes on Saturday mornings starting at either 6:00am or 7:00am. My muscles are firm and my body is flexible. I feel an incredible sense of achievement when I exercise. My mind is clear and I have energy to burn. I feel unstoppable and ready to take on the world. It feels great to be 43 and still have the strength and stamina to keep pace with my demanding life and my four active boys.
My back is strong & flexible. I stretch during every workout. I stretch my hip flexor muscles every morning and evening to improve flexibility and reduce tight back muscles. My workstations at home and in the office are perfectly configured to support my lower back and neck. I take appropriate action to support these areas while sitting, driving, or sleeping. Keeping my back strong is vital. It allows to me to maintain an active lifestyle and to provide well for my family. I love that I can play rough and tumble with my boys and that I can continue to play the sport that I love.
I am well both inside and out. I know the foods that my body runs well on and I eat it. I feed my body optimum levels of nutrition by making healthy eating choices. I also take the highest quality nutritional supplements available. Through eating well, I look and feel like I’m 30.
My diet consists of unprocessed whole foods derived from natural sources. Every meal I eat consists of 75% protein and healthy useable fats and 25% healthy carbohydrates. This ratio is perfect for my metabolic body type and satisfies my hunger for at least 4-6 hours. I eat nutritious foods that have a low glycemic index.
I also eat healthy fats that come from animal sources or coconut products such as, red meat, poultry, fish, butter and cream which serve to balance my hormones and are key factors for maintaining optimum health levels appropriate for my body type. I eat healthy carbohydrates from fruit and vegetable sources such as potatoes, lettuce, and other greens. When I eat carbohydrates I add healthy useable fats and proteins to keep my blood sugar at an optimum level. This causes my body to produce more slow burning energy, which improves my ability to lose weight. Getting useable healthy fat into my body also increases my hormone levels resulting in more energy and better sleep.
A typical breakfast for me is a fish, chop or sausage with an egg or spinach with 1 slice of whole meal toast. I eat three decent meals per day. If I need to snack I eat a healthy carbohydrate coupled with a healthy fat or protein, such as an apple with cashews, or a carrot with cheese.
At every meal, I listen carefully to my body and eat enough to be satisfied. I am selective when eating out and I always make the healthy choice. I satisfy sweet cravings by choosing a small dessert with the right carb-to-fat combination, such as a small cheesecake or a custard square with cream. Once a week I treat myself to an ice cream or small bar of chocolate. I drink at least 2 litres of filtered water per day, which keeps my body hydrated and free from contaminants. This allows my thyroid to function at optimum levels, which improves my ability to lose weight. I take lifepak Nano & Vitality supplements each day to increase the level of antioxidant nutrition and energy in my body. I achieve a Skin Carotenoid Score of 70,000 by 16 August 2012.
I am nutrition. My body’s immunity system is powerful and strong and I am always well. Living a healthy life is liberating. It helps me go the distance and keep pace with my busy family lifestyle. It sharpens my mental and spiritual faculties. I feel young, confident, and in total control of my life.
I am an amazing sleeper. I easily unwind from the rigors of the day. My mind is totally at rest and it is cinch for me lay in silence and then drift into a deep and restful sleep. I sleep well whether I am home or away, in any bed or any room, and under any condition. When at home I begin my bedtime ritual at 9:30pm by taking 3 simple steps to clear my mind of the pressing issues of the day. First, I stretch my hamstrings and hip flexor muscles for 2mins while listening to calming music on my Ipod. I take 3 deep breaths, inhaling for 8 seconds through the nostrils, and then exhaling for another 8 seconds through pursed lips. Doing this places my body in a relaxed state. Second, I kneel in prayer to the Lord and give an honest accounting of my day. Counseling with the Lord helps me to be still and puts me in a peaceful emotional state. My mind is already at ease because I know that throughout the day, I have accurately recorded tomorrow’s priorities in my daily planner. Third, I recite a Maori Karakia or Mihi and then I enjoy a few minutes of pillow talk with my wife focusing on light subjects and reviewing highlights of my day. Pillow talk allows me to unwind by connecting emotionally with Laurie to close out our day. Within a few moments I feel carefree, and I easily slip into a deep and satisfying sleep. I average 7 hours of sleep every night and it feels amazing. Choosing to focus on those things that are within my immediate control disconnects my consciousness, which brings an incredible sense of relief. When I sleep well I have energy to exercise in the morning and strength to tackle the challenges of the day. I am sharper mentally and more fun to be around. I love waking up each day ready to go the distance, feeling energized and invigorated.

When emotions or old beliefs arise, I process them with ease at the moment, acknowledge them and allow them to travel through and out of me. I know emotions are natural part of life and welcome them and release them.
I weigh 150 by April 30, 2012. I release excess weight easily, permanently and safely with the same ease I released the first 35 pounds. I feel fantastic in my new wardrobe. My clothes fit comfortably and I feel sexy and confident. My clothes reflect my new fit body and my confidence. I walk a minimum of 4,000 steps each day and work my way up to 10,000 steps per day by April 30, 2012. I LOVE dancing to my favorite tunes 30 minutes a day.
Whenever I have the opportunity to swim in the ocean, I look forward to it. Each pound I release gives me more confidence. I’m in control of my life and my life flows with ease. Once I receive the right amount of food as fuel, I find other enjoyable activities to fill me up emotionally. I read my spiritual books, do short meditations, fill myself with gratitude for all that I have and know that my needs are met spiritually.
I am filled with gratitude for my new body, new confidence and strength, both physically and mentally. Heading into my golden years, my family is still the apple of my eye and my life-partner,Brian, is the center of my heart. Every time I see Brian, I am thankful and excited to be with him. I am proud to be his partner. I love who he is – kind, gentle, thoughtful, fun, interesting, easy going, funny, accepts me as I am, is passionate about making the world a better place, and is just beautiful inside and out. I gave him the nickname PNP – for ‘pertnear perfect – that’s southern for pretty near perfect’.
It’s extremely easy for me to show my love to Brian; to compliment him and express my appreciation for him. He makes me laugh and brings great joy to others. He is extremely sensitive to my needs and is very helpful. He senses when I am discouraged or frustrated, and demonstrates his endless love by dropping whatever is on his agenda to comfort me. I demonstrate daily how much I love him. I appreciate how loving he is, how hard he works and what a great companion he is for me. Brian is the soul mate of my dreams. I look into his face and see his depth, his character, and his life full of so much learning and experience and wisdom. I also admire how spiritual he yearns to be and respectful of the beauty of nature. I let him know how much I notice, love and appreciate his great qualities as mate, friend, and father.
Brian and I are so comfortable together, as best friends and lovers. We both aim to be real and present daily. We hug and kiss first thing upon awakening and each time we depart and come together again. We love cuddling together too. We also give each other verbal and physical compliments or touch publicly and privately. The passionate quality and spontaneity in our lovemaking and overall relationship is intensely satisfying to both of us and is an integral part of our deep sacred bond. Since our spirits are adventurous and fun, it’s easy to laugh often and create great memories. One of the key elements that keeps us ticking is the respect and support we share mutually. We honor each other by praising good qualities, seeking to understand each other, believing in one another, as well as, asking about and respecting wishes and desires. Another imperative component is that we both want to grow constantly in every area of our lives – becoming our best selves and mates. We both aim to be real and present daily.
We love being together sharing our daily activities and the love of the great outdoors; being in nature, hiking, kayaking, wading in a river, gardening,as well as good music, books, concerts, and pot -luck dinners with friends. Traveling together as often as possible discovering the beauties of the world, is a mutual dream . We make it reality by planning in advance for bigger trips and being spontaneous for short local getaways. I am creative in planning dates, such as dancing, music venues, outdoor adventures, and other ways of filling our souls. I bring quality experiences , sometimes out of our normal comfort zone that add a multitude of dimensions to make our lives very rich in every possible way.
Brian and I can talk easily with one another about anything…anytime – always being honest, clear and respectful and aim to understand each others viewpoints. I listen with love and a deep sense of connection. .We share desires, hopes and concerns, respecting each other’s wisdom. We know each other well and have learned communicating is always better than holding back. It makes a big, rewarding difference in the growth of ‘us’.
We focus on making our union a top priority by being encouraging and available for weekly date nights, quarterly weekends away, as well as, at least one longer trip away annually.
We meet monthly to discuss finances, goals, and plans – always being open and honest,.We discuss each of our children and other family members and set goals for things we can do to assist them. Since both of us are very family oriented, we want to be involved in the lives of his and my adult children and other members of our combined tribe.
With Brian by my side, I feel secure and satisfied emotionally, spiritually, physically, and sexually and financially. We cultivate a precious, deep connection that is rare. Our relationship is rich, rewarding and worthwhile.
Because I am so happy with myself, I’m happy with those around me, especially my family. My positive example and loving manner with my family creates an atmosphere of love and harmony. I want the predominant spirit at home to be reflection of my spirit.
I love and respect each member of my family enough to allow them to take care of their own happiness. I want them to grow emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, and physically. I always look for the positive aspects of their lives and compliment them. I do whatever I can to nurture them to realize their full measure. I am sensitive to each of my children’s particular personalities and needs. I recognize each one for who they are. I know their individual worth and remember and honor their likes and dislikes. I pray for them individually every day.
I enjoy my relationship with my daughter Nakiesha. We spend time together by phone or Skype each week talking about our future plans, opportunities & parenting. Nakiesha has much ambition and tremendous talents that amaze me. I am continually impressed with her maturity, as she cultivates a beautiful relationship with her partner, Kurt & his teenage son, Padraic under one roof. She has deep loyalty to her friends, family and projects and is constantly searching ways to stretch and grow herself. Nakiesha is extremely capable, determined, creative, talented, fun and illuminated; a gracious, gourmet hostess and life of the party! I am so proud of how she chooses to carry herself in this life- always looking for the best in each person and situation.
Kalleen is a sweetheart and we are lucky to have her in our family. Anyone who has her as a friend or relative is blessed – as she truly loves and supports each. She goes out of her way to be a great friend. She is conscientious about her education and has a desire to grow spiritually and to develop her varied talents as an artist in many realms. Kalleen is really creative, intuitive, and compassionate. She is very generous with everyone and is sensitive towards others’ feelings.Kali is fierce in her convictions and embraces life full on!
My son James (Chris) is an elusive butterfly. Since the age of 16 he has traveled alone extensively – seeking out the beautiful wonders of the world and himself. As a minor, I supported him in his decisions and allowed him to fall forward if necessary, with all trials,. James is fun-loving and makes us all laugh with his dry sense of humor. A self-directed student, James demonstrates great discipline in learning on his own, all about his interests and can do anything extremely well that he puts his mind to. Being so shy, It’s fantastic to see him out there in public with his passion-his music. James lives simply, loves deeply, is very adventurous, compassionate, and multi-talented.
All my children and family get enormous buckets of love, affection and approval from me, which is returned to me abundantly. I always greet them with a smile in my eyes and warm embrace to show how excited I am to see them. Through my words and actions, my children know of their worth and importance. Family and friends come to me no matter how they feel and can count on me being a good listener and offering a safe, understanding environment. I seek my kids’ counsel and advice where appropriate. I know that asking them for input adds a very special dimension to our relationship and helps us to be much closer. They are also much more receptive to advice when I do this. I am always easy to get along with-tolerant and pleasant. I have a fantastic relationship and communication with everyone in my big, beautiful family.
Since Brian & I have families so spread out geographically, we must all do our best to save money to visit one another in groups or individually as often as possible. A huge dream and goal of mine is to build our business to a level where it will always be easy to be with family..whenever…wherever we choose.
I’m a warm and loving person. I share my light easily by slowing down to notice others; sharing intuition or a kindness. I look at people in the eyes when they are talking. When I am having a conversation with someone, I am assertive and able to say what I am thinking and feeling in a concise and interesting way, being tactful and diplomatic. I am honest and real. I listen empathetically and actively,, concentrating on what he or she is saying and the feelings behind the words.
I smile a lot. I connect with strangers. I help people find joy possibility, and choices in everyday living. I am confident. I take care of myself and fill my own well first every day, so that I am able to meet the needs of my partner, family, friends and strangers.
Socially, I am very active. I have a tremendous number of inspiring, fun and enjoyable friends and colleagues. My friends who come from all walks of life. By practicing being the kind of person I wish to have in my life, I create healthy friendships and attract people with qualities I admire and lives I resonate with. I love people and am thankful for opportunities to interact with those around me. I look for the good qualities in others and make a special point of giving honest compliments and praise. Others tell me I have a knack for making every person feel special and comfortable. I feel comfortable entertaining friends and colleagues in my home or attending social functions. I choose to be with people who uplift and enlighten, and learn from everyone I am around. I am fun to be with…spontaneous, creative, and exciting. I am positive and happy and have an uncanny ability to attract quality people. I enjoy life. For those around me, that joy is contagious
I give others space to make their own decisions, control their own lives, and encourage them to reach their potential.Often, a situation has several different perspectives ; which I am able to see easily and help to illuminate. If I feel tension in a relationship, I work for resolution so the lines of communication are kept open.
I am gracious and appreciative. When others are giving or kind, I am responsive and grateful. I am generous and give of my time to help others. I love building relationships personally and professionally based on gratitude. Making friends is easy. I accept my actions and take responsibility and apologize when necessary. I’m always honest with others.
To grow our business, I participate in a networking group of female entrepreneurs that meets weekly and am always thinking of creative ways to share our mission, products and services. I value my clients, customers and business associates. I extend my listening & communication skills to my professional friends and networks. I let them know they’re valued by listening and responding to them appropriately. I seek first to understand, then to be understood. I am the first to laugh at my own mistakes, trying to help others feel comfortable or at ease when they make mistakes.
Each new day, I am grateful to awaken and be all that I can be and I am excited with my growth. Joy and peace fill me when I am living in total harmony with my beliefs.

I am married to a wonderful man who loves me. Kyle is my best friend in every way. I am confident about who I am around him. I communicate openly with him. I express my concerns in a rational, calm manner that allows for an open discussion. I show my love to Kyle through his love languages of affirmations. I compliment him daily and let him know how much I appreciate his hard work. I use kind words when I talk to him. I find ways to give little gifts to him at least once a week. I discover what kinds of gifts he appreciates most and give those often. I seek out ways to serve him by asking him about his needs as well as listening closely for requests. I love spending time with him. My favorite time of day is when I get to talk with him and when I get to be around him. He inspires me to improve by supporting my interests and allowing me to discover my passions. He is my greatest cheerleader. I let him know that I appreciate his support and that I feel his love when he compliments me and encourages me.
I have two wonderful daughters. They are special spirits sent from heaven. Eva is such a joy and fun companion. I learn how to be a better mother and role model from being around her. She is happy and creative and full of imagination. I foster her learning and creativity by playing with her. I create a loving environment where she feels safe being herself. I discover new ways for her to explore the world around her using ideas from friends and the internet. I help her understand her own feelings and the feeling of others in a kind way. This helps her grow emotionally and allows for emotional stability.
I am excited to meet this new child of ours. I speak kindly about her and to her both aloud and in my thoughts. I foster sisterly love by talking positively to Eva about her baby sister. I create excitement for Eva to meet her as I get excited myself. I think positively about how things will be at home when this new baby comes. I take time to cuddle her and sing to her and bond with her. I feel the love of our Heavenly Father for her and she feels that love through me. I pay attention to her needs. Since becoming a parent, I appreciate my parents even more. I show this love and appreciation to them in various ways. I write a note to them once a month expressing my gratitude for their love and teachings. I welcome their advice with an open mind and open heart. I look for ways to contact them daily. I willingly call her twice a week to see how she is doing. I remember details about work and her new friends and her activities. I text her four days out of the week to let her know I am thinking about her. When I talk to her, I tell her about the activities of my day. I am happy to share these details with her because they help her in her attempt for normalcy again. I listen closely to her feelings and her concerns. I offer advice as the spirit directs and as she asks for it. I seek for ways to help buoy up her trust in God. She is a kindred spirit who needs extra love and support at this time.
My most important relationship is with myself. I speak positively to myself and about myself. I am a daughter of God blessed with many talents. He guides me. He loves me. I reframe negative thoughts into positive and truthful thoughts. I repeat daily, “I am kind. I am smart. I am important.” I also repeat daily the following, “I fully and freely release and forgive. I release and let go of all ill feelings. Divine love produces the perfect results now.” This frees my soul of anything I might have deep in my subconscious. Financial/Professional
#1
Financially and professionally I have my ideal life. Financial security is in my lifeblood and because of this creative freedom and expression is mine. I experience life in all its forms and feel like I am indeed the richest woman in the world.
I am a smart, competent, accomplished woman who faces my career and financial situation with pure confidence and capability. I am in control of my professional and financial destiny – and it is awesome. What I want to achieve and acquire is easily in reach. I emulate Suze Orman’s 8 qualities of a wealthy woman in all aspects of my life– Harmony, Balance, Courage, Generosity, Happiness, Wisdom, Cleanliness and Beauty.
I love my job as a Business Development Manager. Each workday I am invigorated to go to work and have a productive and exceptional day. Over the next 6 months I am pivotal in contracting with Etihad for over $30 million dollars, China Airlines for over $12 million dollars and another Boeing programme for $10 million dollars. I close the deals! Being awarded these contracts gives me immense personal satisfaction, lets me know I am a major contributing member of Altitude and greatly exceeds my Key Performance Indicators which in turn results in my receiving a large bonus for the financial FY12 year. During this time I develop excellent relationships with key contacts in over 20 airlines. My airline contacts respect and value my communication and automatically think about me when considering purchasing customized airline product. My career is exceptionally satisfying. It provides me with energy and vigor and allows me to travel to new and exciting places. I continuously learn new skills and leadership attributes on a daily basis. My colleagues have trust and confidence in my abilities, and this makes me feel happy, eager to engage with them and deliver on my goals and tasks. My relationship with my manager is fulfilling and safe. We provide each other with constructive feedback and as a team we deliver! He is constantly entrusting me with new opportunities and training me to become even better. Knowing that I am a key member of the Altitude team opens me up to being the true me – productive, exciting, capable and a team player. I have fun with my colleagues at work – we have great relationships and enjoy time together at work and also outside of work.
I arrive at work by 8.30am every morning. I immediately set out to accomplish my daily tasks. I set myself up to be productive – by having my breakfast, getting a bottle of water and a cup of herbal tea. I review my TO DO list and undertake each task comprehensively and completely. My files, folders and desk space are organized to allow me to be as productive as possible. Managing my time and completing tasks are easy. I have a pleasant disposition at work and feel empowered when I make my colleagues empowered and happy. At the end of each day I draft up my TO DO list and prioritise it for the next days activity. This allows me to feel calm, relaxed and organized before leaving work. Work stays at work as my lifestyle is balanced and rewarding. My company loves to pay money for what I most enjoy doing. I earn $125,000 by 31 December 2012. In July 2012 I earn $11,000 net in bonuses. I deserve all the money I receive. I show gratitude and respect for money I earn.
I love developing my net worth. I’m excited and comforted to know that my networth will be $1,250,000 by the time I’m 40 years of age. Financial planning happens now and is easy. I monitor my financial position on a monthly basis, there is always enough money to go around. I experience money as an unlimited, flowing, easily accessible resource. I make positive choices about what to do with my money. All my investments are profitable. Keeping to my budget is easy and I see the benefits on a fortnightly basis with the increase in networth, increased savings and greater freedom.
Starting with me, there is excessive wealth in my family. I have mastered financial and money making skills that I pass onto my siblings, parents and children. My new beliefs of money and abundance are changing my financial position for the better. Large sums of money come to me quickly, easily and in many unforeseen ways. Every day, my networth increases whether I am working, playing or sleeping. Money is great and is there to support a great life. I feel secure with my money and have respect and harmony with money. I am always cashflow positive and my fortnight paycheck provides for all my needs and wants and greatly contributes to my savings plan. I save quickly, effortlessly and achieve amazing results. The pathway is wide open with plenty of opportunities to become more and have more. I know that I’m worthy of a great financially rewarding life and this makes me feel great, secure and humble.
In order to develop my financial ‘know-how’ I read inspiring books from authors such as Suze Orman and Martin Hawes. I love researching and attending seminars on investments and developing my asset base. I only seek reliable advice and smart people help to make fabulous financial decisions. My financial future is successful, exciting and unlimited. By August 2012 I have undertaken Suze Orman’s “Save Yourself Plan” and completed all of the tasks in Martin Hawe’s Money Map. My financial position will be cashflow positive with my Kiwibank credit card paid off and cancelled, my BNZ credit card in debit of $500 and $5,000 saved. I will be rewarding my financial goals by going to Sydney in August 2012 to listen to Suze Orman in person. By December 2012 I will have $20,000 in my savings accounts and my student loan will be paid in full and I’ll own a new car such as a Mazda CX7. Having substantial savings and being debt free provides peace of mind and knowledge of my own financial power. 2012 will be the year I invest in the purchase of a house. This will be the start of my property portfolio, one which will include a family beach house at Opoutere. Owning property makes me feel safe and secure about my financial future.
I love myself enough to choose a partner that is self-reliant and responsible. Each year I am able to travel for sports events, for adventures, for pleasure and for fun getaways with my family and friends. By the time I’m 40 my husband and I own a freehold 5 bedroom home, with two living areas, one designer kitchen and three bathrooms. Our home is gorgeously decorated and comfortable. It has a landscaped garden, double internal garage, is near the ocean with a self contained unit for whanau and friends. Having a gorgeous home makes me feel content, secure and blessed.
I move my energy into creating actions that pay dividends. I am financially free and am deserving of everything I have earned. I am safe in the knowledge that each month my credit card is paid off in full, I have done everything to take care of my family, I am financially secure, I own my home outright, I am able to retire comfortably one day, I can raise children who know from me the wisdom of living within their means, that I have helped my parents live their full lives with joy and peace. I know exactly what to do to achieve my financial plans and I have the conviction and confidence necessary to make it all possible.
The payoff of my commitment extends beyond my finances. Having a healthy relationship with money puts me in a position to have better relationships with everyone in my life. It all flows together. I am a woman who is more financially confident, happy and secure. By looking after myself first I am better able to nurture, share and give support to all those in my life.

Professional and Financial Life Vision
I am driven, successful and impactful as a VP of marketing. I come to work each and every day with a renewed desire to improve, grow and learn. I have at least one brilliant cost saving, revenue generating or business improvement each day. I make the recommendations daily which turn the company around. I am absolutely invaluable at work and the president and CEO of the company know this.
I arrive at the office before 8 am and begin working on crucial tasks right away. I do this because I like to get there earlier so I can work in the flow. I quickly review my email and calendar and do a short plan of the day then start into the biggest most important project. I work efficiently and smartly and get at least one important to-do completely daily. I take necessary breaks to refresh my mind but then I get back to work with renewed energy and focus.
As a marketer I am both creative and focused. I am able to come up with new and different ideas about my job, company and industry that get noticed both within the company and outside of the company. Because of this I get frequent offers to work for many different companies. I also get many opportunities to consult regularly with other companies for $100 an hour or more.
I am a kind and understanding boss yet I am able to deliver regular feedback with candor and integrity. By doing this my employees are devoted and want to work for me. My team is also the coveted spot to work whatever company I am at. My team and I are focused and driven to deliver results that ultimately create impact, resolution and growth.
I learn about marketing and business through regular reading and experience. I read one relevant marketing article a day and one business book a month during my lunch hour as I’m taking a break.
By March I am in a position that pays $160,000 annually and has great benefits like a health, dental, vision a cafeteria plan, 401k with match, as well as a great paid-time-off policy. Because of my success in my new role, the company frequently gives me raises, bonuses and other perks to keep me with them. With this position I travel to new and exotic places and get to sample countries that I have not been to. This new position allows me to work from home when needed, leave to see my children regularly and is flexible enough for me to spent time with my children, exercising, skiing and renewing my passion for life. My boss at this new position is a kind and personable individual that is understanding and fair. I am able to make a quick connection with my boss based on trust. This new position will allow me to make up lost time in my 401k, reestablish my stability with a house, car and replace items necessary for my children’s comfort.
My new house is in Alpine, Draper or Highland and provides easy access to exchange my children. I am also able to take regular vacations with my kids to places they have never been and let them open their minds to the wonderful world. My income also allows me to save $2000 a month and I transfer this money automatically into my savings account. By 2013 I am completely out of debt including all student load and credit card debt. I am able to live comfortably and still continually add in my savings.
I am also able to start putting money into a new company that I am building I am to do this through the extra income that I make and save. I start this company during my free time and partner with __________and _________ to get the company off the ground. The company starts to pay a steady income immediately and the income potential keeps growing monthly. By 2014 I am able to leave my company to work full time at the new company as the CEO. This affords me complete autonomy and I am able to employ my children to teach them the value of work. Because I own my own company I am also able to donate time, money and resources to the church as well as other great causes.
Financial
I am a money machine. I track and use each dollar that I earn with wisdom and integrity. I am able to use the money management techniques that my month taught me to use my money wise, save for big events and set money aside for retirement. I avoid daily leaks and save and strategize with my money to buy worthwhile things for my family. I am able to purchase another boat in April of 2012 and take my kids and friends waterskiing weekly.
I contribute to my 401k religiously and make up any lost time through company contributions and my regular and steady contributions.
I pay my tithing twice a month joyfully. I save religiously also. Money is easy for me to make and reinvest. I am able to a portion of my money and invest in companies that are worthwhile and growing. I am able to grow my money through investments that ultimately contributes to paying off my house on 5 years.
I energized by money and use it to take care of my family. Money is empowering and I have learned that money is good.

I am truly blessed with an abundant life. Starting with me, there is wealth in my family. I am a master of financial and moneymaking skills that I have passed on to my children. Money comes to me in unforeseen ways. People love to pay me money for what I most enjoy doing. Heavenly Father has blessed me with intelligence and the ability to channel wealth into my life to bless my family and the lives of others needing my help. Every day my money increases.
Bob and I own ___________ This year is a banner year for growth as we grow the United Stationers portion of the business by 28%, earning 4 trips to Maui, Hawaii for __________ and their spouses. Through great monthly bonus incentives, we help our sales team stay motivated throughout the entire year. I help Bob come up with ideas for monthly incentives. I energetically support Rob in this goal to grow the business. Because I work at the office 8 plus hours a week, the business is more successful. I am a positive influence on the employees when I am in the office. My hard work and contribution contributes to our business debt being paid off by 2017.
I am a rising star at DoTerra. I work smart and deserve the success I achieve. I feel fantastic being part of a wonderful, rapidly growing company that provides great support and products that I believe in and love to share. I grow my monthly income to $1000 by August. Monday through Thursday at 2:30p.m. I spend 30-40 minutes educating myself on success strategies and product benefits so that I am well informed when I share DoTerra. I generate leads by inviting friends and acquaintances to give me referrals. I easily ask people if they are open to natural ways of healing. Because I am so good at generating leads, every Monday and Wednesday morning at 11:30 I spend 30 minutes contacting them via email and phone to share an invitation to learn more about DoTerra.
I am persuasive and easy to talk to. I know I am selling something that can make a big difference in others lives, which makes it easy to share. I invite a minimum of 5 people each month to attend the 2nd Saturday DoTerra events that Justin and Tahna Lee provide for their team. I also offer a bi-weekly event at my house on Tuesdays at 7:15pm and tailor that class to the interests of the attendees, such as a vitamin class, an intro to basic oils class, a family physician class, or weight loss class. I am comfortable sharing the great benefits of DoTerra products because I personally love the benefits I receive from them. My favorite part of each presentation is the close. I lead them gently to choice, and they make the correct one for them. I feel good knowing I am helping others care for their families in a natural way, and empowering them financially.
I also build my DoTerra business by researching networking events and attend 2 networking events per month in my area. I plan a trip to Chicago by August and Marilyn and my other Chicago friends help me invite prospects and at least 12 people attend my presentation there. It is a great success and I add a strong leg to my organization in Illinois.
Because my business is successful, I am able to hire a professional organizer to help me organize my garage and I save $5000 towards a new car. I put all of my after tithing DoTerra earnings into savings.
I live a life of abundance and prosperity in part because I am a wise manager of our money. Bob and I talk about money and communicate clearly our financial goals and agree on our budget. I keep track of our expenses to easily stay within the budget by using Mvelopes. My success gives me the opportunity to help those who are less fortunate. I am generous with my money, donating $20 a month to the local homeless shelter, $20 a month each to the church education, missionary, temple, and humanitarian aid funds I write these checks the first Sunday of the month and drop them in the mail. – I am financially free to dedicate not only my money, but also my time to serve others.

I love the purpose of my life and find ultimate fulfillment in providing for my life and family through the gifts and purpose God has given me. I feel overwhelmed with gratitude and light as I see witness the changes that the families and people who’s lives are forever changed because of my commitment to carrying out my purpose. I make such a lasting impact on the people I works with, I always get old clients calling and contacting me about the ripple effect that continues to manifest in their lives.
Through the fulfillment of my purpose I make $60,000 a year, and it comes easily. Making this money comes only working 30hours a week and the rest of the time I get to spend with my family traveling, serving in humanitarian projects and helping raise my children. This life style forever impact my family and inspires them to live the same purpose driven life. I love my life and am so grateful that I get to live my purpose while being provided for financially.
Every day, I efficiently navigate Facebook for 30 minutes, connecting with friends and family and providing value for my fans on my business page. I love connecting with everyone and am great at maintaining deep and meaningful connections with those I meet.
Every Monday organizing and Admin responsibilities are a priority. I love doing this because it clears my physical and mental spaces allowing me to think and create more clearly. It brings so much peace to me knowing where everything is and knowing that nothing will ever get lost in the shuffle.
To achieve this, I use a combination of the GTD system. The combination of these systems make knowing what and where things go, an easy breeze. I am so on top of my organizing that it only takes me 45 minutes to go through my inbox and another 15 minutes to go through my emails. I have my emails come through one system that allows me to seperate things easily and quickly.
On this day I also manage all of my business and personal money accounts with Mint.com. Mint is setup so efficiently, I it only takes me 30 minutes to input receipts and pay bills for both my personal and business accounts. It feels so relieving to know exactly where my money is and what money is going where. I know love to manage my money, because of the control and relief it brings to my life.
The rest of the day allows me to make plans for the week, set up appointments and get ready for my week. When I plan, I am so clear of my goals and am so perfectly accountable of my ability and time management, that I always achieve my goals for the day, week, month and year. I am so grateful that I have now learned this time management skill that it even becomes a part of my processes and curriculm that I offer to my clients.
Tuesdays are my day of Business Development. On this day always feel so inpired to create that the ideas and steps to fulfillment of those ideas are crystal clear. Each Tuesday, I create 3 powerful content peices for my blog and Facebook that consist of a blog article, and video and one other piece as I feel inspired to do so. Each piece powerfully connects to my readers and clients, that persuades them to take action and sign up into my funnel.
I record one video that powerfully teaches inspiring truth and creates real value for those watching. The topics and content come easily and easily connects back to the content previously created. My clients truly appreciate this content and leave many comments and share it with those in their lives, which turns into more converted sales.
I also write one blog article that strikes my readers at their core with the truth of their lives. I find it so easy to know how to speak to the hearts of my readers that I am easily signing up 50 new freemium subscribers each week. Through my blog, I am creating a genuine client list of 2,000 people by Decembers 31st.
Wednesday through Thursday I spend all day marketing. I love speaking with people about what I do and how I can change their life! I do this with so much clarity, excitement and persuasion, that I sign up 20 people each week into my free intro webinar. I meet these people at networking events, but I am booked with requests for speaking engagements and workshops through powerful networking groups like The Hub, and Toastmasters, but other business and groups like car dealerships and other high-paying customers. Through these events alone, I bring in 2 new paying clients each week, both of which is paying for my higher-end coaching program. I do such a great job at marketing my self and my business that I soon need to develop other high value programs and hire a virtual assistant to free my time up. I am so excited to hire this virtual assistant and leverage my time more, because my income continues to increase while I get to maintain my time for myself and my family!
The rest of Wednesday and Thursday, leaves me with plenty of time to fulfill my obligations to clients who can’t meet on Friday. This still leaves me
My priority on Friday is to fulfill bringing value to my precious clients. I love them all so much and see their divine potential. I love coaching and feel my anticipation to meet with each of them build as the week progresses. When the time comes to meet with each client, I have feel divinely inspired about exactly how to process and teach them toward a breakthrough. My clients are my raving fans and I receive many referrals from each of them throughout our relationship. I develop such a deep connection with each of my clients that we remain friends for years to come. I always attract my perfect client that is wide open, works hard on their assignments, internalizes what they learn, applies what they learn, an shifts their life dramatically each week. My clients make such huge shifts and changes that they become my personal advertisements, bringing my referrals to me.
The rest of Friday leaves me with enough time to wrap up loose ends from my week with time to leave early for vacation or a date with Pam. By the end of the week I have created so much value for the world that I feel powerfully fulfilled and connected to God. I am amazed at how much I have done in only 30 hours, and everything still has its place! It feels so clean and crisp to have done all of this while maintaining order and completion in all I do. I feel deep gratitude to God for theses skills of order and production that I now know and use.
Personal Development
#1
I love personal development. I have a passion for learning. Each day I am a better person than I was the day before. I enjoy reading at least 15 minutes a day from personal growth and self help books. By the end of 2012, I read “How to win friends and influence people,” “Running with the Giants,” Think Rich, Get Rich,” “The Automatic Millionaire,” “The Game of Life and how to Play it,” and “The Bonds that make us Free.” As I read, I underline and make notes of actions and beliefs I want to add to my life. I enjoy applying what I read to my daily life. I talk about these ideas with my husband to help further internalize them. I make notes of the idea’s I read, so that I can put them in a file for future reference. I like deep thinking, reflecting and problem solving. I am good at brainstorming and finding solutions, options and possibilities. I learn one new idea each day that improves my skills and effectiveness. My mind is focused on the task at hand and I recall things when needed. My capacity to remember things and people’s names grows every day. People are amazed at my remarkable memory.
I study French 15 minutes a day by listening to a program on my computer and repeating the phrases given. By September 1, 2013, I speak French fluently. I love learning languages and converse with my family and friends in their native language.
One of my favorite new adventures is working with a personal coach. I work with my coach for one hour every two weeks. During that time I work on my self-confidence, self care, building a successful business and maintaining healthy relationships. My coach keeps me accountable and helps me take responsibility for my choices and actions. She teaches me new skills and offers ideas and tools I can use in my life. Once a month, I attend a self-improvement seminar, webinar or telecast to learn about becoming more successful in my relationships, schoolwork, business and or humanitarian efforts. I attract quality people who are successful. I easily come in contact with their expertise and their message, which adds knowledge, joy, fun and success to my goals and desires.
I am a good motivational speaker and improve my speaking abilities by studying motivational leaders and their techniques. I apply these techniques along with my own experience and share my life’s lessons with others at seminars, events, classes, trainings, webcasts and telecasts in order to help them improve their lives and reach their goals and accomplish their dreams.
I go to school and take classes in the Social Work Field. I have a passion for social work and for helping people. I am successful with my schoolwork, as I do my assigned reading, write papers and present projects. I summarize what I read and always remember the main points. My papers are concise, written thoughtfully and well done. I thrive on gaining new knowledge and learning new ideas. By May 10th, 2013, I graduate with a 4.0 grade point average, from the University, with my Masters of Social Work Degree.
I enjoy working with clients and work together with them to help them reach their desired goals and objectives. I listen carefully to those I work with in order to understand their feelings. I like to empower my clients and give them the proper tools and coping skills so they can be successful.
I enjoy cooking and baking and I like making new recipes. It’s a lot of fun. I feel happy and a great sense of accomplishment when I serve delicious food that I have created to my family and friends. Every Saturday, I pick a new recipe I will make during the next week. In order to be prepared, I make a list of the ingredients and buy the necessary groceries and cooking utensils to make the recipes. When possible I use fresh grown produce, herbs or vegetables from our garden.
I love gardening. I study and learn the names of various kinds of trees, plants and flowers that I like. Every spring and fall I go to the garden store and choose a variety of flowers and plants I will plant in my yard. I feel grounded and close to nature when I work in the yard. My husband and I have fun working together in the yard. Once a week I work in the yard, weeding and fertilizing. I feel joy when I look at my beautiful yard, I especially love the vibrant colors of the flowers.
Every night, I write down my goals for the next day and feel a great sense of accomplishment when I finish my goals and cross them off my list. I am disciplined and focused and have incredible concentration. Throughout the day, if interruptions occur, I handle them with grace and patience and then return to accomplish my task at hand. I am in control of my time so that I am stress free. I schedule my time carefully and keep the commitments I have made. Others look to me as a noble person who is wise and they desire to listen to the counsel I offer them and apply it to their lives.

Life is a spectacular adventure and I’m making sure my memoirs are packed to the brim with exciting sojourns, life changing ‘aha’ moments, exciting experiences and breathtaking views. I write my rules and live life to its fullest.
I am a life long learner. I take all opportunities to learn life’s little and big lessons. Developing my intellect and wisdom is a priority and learning is the key to my existence. There are always so many amazing and interesting things to uncover. By June 2012 I will complete the Louise Hay “Heal Your Life” Workbook and as a reward to taking the time to review my life, feelings and attitudes – I will see Louise Hay speak live in Sydney in August 2012. By completing the “Heal Your Life” Workbook I will be able to embrace new and more positive beliefs about myself and others around me. By July 2012 I will complete Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth” Workbook, as doing this will help me increase my emotional intelligence, confidence and ‘live more fully in the NOW’. It excites me to be in a continuous state of enhancement and gives me peace to know I’m inward looking so that I can be an even better, amazing and authentic ME!
I have an extremely positive self image. In July 2012 I will undertake a MAC makeup course to further my skills in applying makeup. Makeup is used on special occasions to create that ‘wow’ factor and add to my gorgeous features. I am a master of blow-waving, straightening or doing beautiful things with my hair. When I look amazing, I feel amazing too. Plus I save money because I have the skills to do these things myself!
Reading is a deep and continuous need for me. It increases my creativity, relaxation and allows me to delve into the world of my imagination. I love meeting with the ladies of the INSPIRE reading club. Having a new book each month to read, share thoughts about and engage in ‘ladies’ time revitalizes my soul. Engaging with women at this level lets me know how many amazing, like minded and intelligent woman exist.
This year is all about being true to myself. I engage in all items to do with developing my body into a sexy fit machine. I love learning about nutrition and looking after my body. My cooking repertoire is full of healthy, delicious and affordable recipes. My herb garden thrives in my kitchen window, and my other gardening escapades are blooming. My orchids are thriving; my vegetable garden producing delicious treats and my skills in gardening is second nature. Seeing my plants grow lets me know that God’s miracles are all around me. I am a capable and avid user of my Apple Mac Air and my Canon camera. My Mac allows me to be organized, timely and creative. I use my computer to invent original scrapbook pages for Sunshine’s 1st Year, my work trips overseas and my fitness journey. Being crafty makes my inspired juices flow and allows me relaxing time-out. By December 2012 I will utilize our new sewing machine Mum and Dad brought us to make our baby the airplane quilt. My knowledge of rugby league is extensive and watching the NRL makes me feel alive and competitive.
Planning for trips away is almost as much fun as taking a holiday. This year I will learn more about San Francisco so that when I go to in July / August 2012 I will know about the history and better appreciate the journey. Going to Surf Haven with Sydney in September will be amazing and life changing – it is the perfect holiday – relaxing, beautifying, having adventures, energizing and being in balance. I will also hike Tongariro and Abel Tasman National Park, and Queen Charlotte in 2012. Being amongst Papatuanuku and in Tangaroa’s playground grounds me and fills me with peace, aroha and life. Going to the top of the South Island connects me with my turangawaewae, gives me peace and lets me know I’m from a strong and beautiful heritage. This year I will also plan to visit with Jess & Marc in Brazil in 2013. Brazil will be a perfect combination of a relaxing and adventurous holiday. Its important for me to see a new culture and country each year – by doing this I open up my world a little bit more and open myself up to so much more.
Challenging myself and growing intellectually, socially, emotionally and skillfully excites, engages and delights me. By being an adventurer of the world, my comfort zone expands and my ability to deal with life is improved. God has put me on earth to experience all His magical and mysterious designs, cultures and lands – and I’m taking every opportunity to do so.

I learn from others around me, and I offer others the chance to learn from me. I have a lot to offer; and I welcome and embrace opportunities to share my talents with others. I show my gratitude to God for my talents by sharing them. I also show my gratitude to God for my life by working on my talents and developing new ones.
I have an important role as homemaker. One of my key responsibilities is cooking for my family. I enjoy cooking and look forward to it as a creative outlet. Cooking allows me to try new recipes and foods and also allows me to improvise as I see fit. I view my family’s food preferences as opportunities to exercise my brain and improvise. My brain thrives on these chances to be creative.
Every Sunday evening after Eva goes to bed, I plan the menu for the week. I plan for snacks, lunch, and dinner. Each lunch has a fruit or vegetable and every dinner has a vegetable. I seek for ways to incorporate more vegetables and more color into my family’s meals, especially dinner. Each week I make 6 dinners with one night of leftovers. (5 nights and two leftover nights) 3 nights are easy standby meals, 2 nights are new recipes, and 1 night is a make-ahead meal. The new recipes come from the internet or a cookbook. The make-ahead meal is a freezer meal that was made ahead of time or a crockpot recipe. I use the time at night after Eva goes to bed to go over the menu for the next day and make sure to take out any frozen foods that may need to thaw. I enjoy this new organization and planning of meals. Through this process, I feel prepared and happy that I am taking control of my responsibility as nurturer of my family.
One of my favorite pastimes is reading. I love to read because it expands my vocabulary and my imagination. Plus I learn new ideas from reading and enhance my own points of view as I process what I read. I choose uplifting and inspiring literature. I read every night before going to bed for 15 minutes. I look forward to this time that I have to learn. Each month I read a new book. I rotate between genres starting with spiritual, then educational, and then fictional. The first book I am reading is Symbols in Stone. I follow this with a book about teaching violin and then a classical literature selection. I keep a running list of books that I would like to read. Reading is a integral part in keeping my mind active. This in turn improves my memory and my ability to articulate my thoughts.
I foster a love for reading in my children by loving it myself and by doing it myself. I also enhance their love of books by reading to them everyday. I spend at least 30 minutes each day reading aloud to Eva. This is either 30 minutes all at once or two sessions of 15 minutes. I point the words out to her as I read so she connects the words on the page with what I say. In three months when the baby is here, I continue these reading times with Eva to help her continue her love for reading and to continue our bond as mother and daughter. Because It is important to me that she knows I love her and am aware of her, I take time to read with her, especially when the new baby comes. Some of our reading sessions will be with baby sister and some will be just Eva and I in order to strengthen our relationship.
I am a creative being who loves to learn and use my talents. I am smart, sharp and eager to try new things. I am grateful for the opportunities to exercise my creativity. I bless others around me, especially my family, with who I am and what I have to offer.

I take time to play the piano and use my creativity to make up a new song. I read from a book each day that inspires me, and I read books that help me in continuing my education in the healing work that I love so much. I work on my Chakra course on Thursday mornings and become more familiar with the process of clearing Chakra and opening up the energy fields in my body so that I can teach others how do it for there selves.
I increase my communication skills and I can openly talk to people, and they are very comfortable talking to me. I have great insight and understanding of those I meet and they feel that they can be open, and vulnerable in our conversations. When I work with my clients they feel safe sharing their most intimate experiences from life and they know that our conversations are confidential.
I sign up and take a computer class in the spring of 2012 to sharpen and learn other computer techniques. I continue with creative writing and in poetry as the inspiration comes. I openly and freely give expression and a voice to the things that are being created in my mind as they are revealed to me. When these revelations come to me and I write them down I am able to use these to create CD’s and more content for my public speaking.
I realize every day how blessed I am and that every day God gives to me is a GIFT.
I read from scripture and other books that are inspiring and build my spirituality and testimony. I type in my personal journal 4 times a week and I do my grateful journal every evening. I do the Mirror exercise every night and build my personal belief’s in myself that I am a good person. I praise myself for the things that I have accomplished that day. I tell myself that I am beautiful inside and out. That I attract clients and through those clients I make money and I deserve to have money in my life. I tell myself that I love you, and that I am a valuable daughter of God full of light, love and compassion for others. I am ok just the way that I am right now.
I surround my self with like minded people that are entrepreneurs and I glean from their insight and experiences. I participate in Prosperity Tribe through phone calls, monthly meetings and through Face Book. I learn as much as I possibly can from the people that I am around. I attend work shops 1-2 times a month as they come available to me, and through these I meet more people and share my line of work with them. I learn about their type of work, and I draw from their experiences, excitement and energy for life. By sharing things about my self, my self confidence builds and I know that I have great value and worth, and others see that in me. I sign up and have personal coaching with Tiffany Peterson by Aug. of 2012. I attend her classes and glean from her knowledge and wealth of information. I have a web-site and personal business cards by June 2012.
I recognize that my brain is a powerful tool. The things that I listen to are integrated into different compartments in my mind, and I remember them. I increase my intellectual capacity and I recall things as needed. I am a great listener and I am a problem solver. It is easy for me to memorize quotes and I am able to recite them to the people that I am speaking to. I remember names and faces of the people that I meet. I repeat their names through out our conversation and I associated their name with something about them. I have perfect recall months later of who they are, and I address them by their first name and I can recall the conversations that we had.
I choose to live in Genshai, and ancient word from India. I never treat another person in a manner that would make them feel small, including myself. I choose to make others feel good about there self just by being who they are, and that they are enough. I give compliments to others, smile at someone, I am courteous and kind to strangers, hold the door for someone, I am a courteous driver, I say thank you and let someone know how much that they are appreciated. I do this at least 10 or more times a day.

Personal development is so exciting to me. I love the growth that comes to me as I learn new skills and enjoy the knowledge I acquire. It is the most exciting part of my life.
Attending personal development seminars and trainings are one of my favorite things to do. I plan each year to attend one or more of these events. I am attending Harv T. Eker’s seminar April 18,19 and 20th 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The training I receive from these events helps create more value to my life by enhancing the skills I already have. I believe it is a blessing to have a desire to want to be a life long learner. The world is so full of incredible things to learn about.
A wonderful new world has opened up to me as I learn to use my new Mac computer. I attend computer classes every other week to take full advantage of learning how to get the best use from my computer. It is easy for me to learn. I have a great instructor who is patient and teaches in an understanding way. I learn how to put family pictures on cd’s and have beautiful music added to the cd. My charts and graphs for my business are so easy to make. I am knowledgeable in using the programs and social media. Wow! this is a lot of fun.
Reading is a big part of my life. I love to read. I can travel the world, meet wonderful people and enjoy a better life through reading. I am drawn to books that are about the lives of great people, religious, self improvement or gardening. I always have 3 books that I am reading at a time. I highlight and write down parts that have deep meaning to me and share them with my family and friends.
I am finishing a quilt for my daughter, Mindy. This is a very detailed quilt of about 200 pieces of appliquéd iris flowers. It was started by her grandmother, she passed away before it was completed. I make beautiful perfect stitches that I have learned from my friend Margo. I enjoy this new adventure in sewing and creating something of such beauty. I give this quilt to Mindy for Christmas. I can hardly wait.
My vocabulary grows daily. I learn a new word and its meaning daily. I look up a word each morning, while I am doing my study and reading from 6:45 – 7:00 a.m. Words are fascinating and taking these few minutes each day gives me confidence as I communicate with others. It is a great asset to me as I do public speaking. My confidence cultivates a better self- image. I am a passionate, strong, and powerful woman.
I am living a life of abundance. My life is all I have ever imagined. I am living each day with purpose, and in complete harmony with the Universe. I am grateful for the gifts and talents I have been blessed with and sharing them with others brings me joy and happiness. I love myself and my life.
